a blueprint for resilience

group programming for adolescents and young adults

Traditional therapy often happens in isolation, but life happens in community. At Anchor Point Collaborative, we believe that for adolescents and young adults, the optimal environment for growth is among peers.

We’ve combined decades of trauma-informed clinical experience with innovative, active programming to create a blueprint for resilience. Whether in a therapy circle or on the basketball court, our goal is the same — to help young people throughout Western Massachusetts find their strength by:

  1. Developing a sense of self-efficacy so they believe in their own ability to succeed.

  2. Practicing interpersonal effectiveness to build healthier, more stable relationships.

  3. Finding meaning and hope as they design their own path forward.

Why Resilience and emotional intelligence Matter Now

Today’s adolescents and young adults are navigating a world of unprecedented pressure. From the always-on nature of social media to the recent global disruptions, the mental health landscape has shifted. We provide a proactive blueprint to meet these challenges head-on.

The Resilience Gap

Nearly 1 in 3 adolescents will experience an anxiety disorder¹, yet many lack the practical tools to manage these feelings before they become overwhelming.
